Client was in the process of implementing their MDM solution but needed mastered data to be leveraged for Launch Tracking. We implemented adhoc data management solution for sales, calls, targets, and their CRM’s account data and maintained the mastered data via adhoc database tables to help in creation of views for the launch assessment. The Launch performance tracker gets refreshed on a weekly basis and the adhoc managed data is getting leveraged as the base for the mastered data set implementation.
