Client wanted to understand the opportunity for their product within a segment of the market. This project involved understanding of the competitors in the market, identifying key accounts, analyzing the data sets to be able to come up with an approach to identify sales and market potential. Once we completed data analysis, accounts were ranked based on the potential opportunity. Coordination of these accounts with sales field and home office liaisons helped with creation of practical action plan for on-ground implementation
