Just in time for the launch of the product, we created playbooks for the sales field of a client to help field representatives identify opportunities with in the market and plan their individual strategy while aligning to the company and product goals. We partnered with the client to understand the key performance and assessment metrics, competitors’ market, influential prescribers for the product and ranked prescribers on the set of metrics and weights. We created workbooks for the sales field that allowed them to understand their territory’s market and gave them the key metrics and tools to help them plan the launch. Our tool was tremendously helpful with the planning of the product, that also helped field reps track and monitory the execution vs their planned approach.
